So you saw something you fancy but would prefer it a little different?
Commission your custom piece by filling in the form below and we will begin our consultation!

Consultation is free, you will not be charged until you purchase the custom listing.

  • Complete the form below to begin the consultation process or send me a DM on Instagram HERE
  • I will contact you by email (or DM) to begin our consultation. We will discuss a colour palette, size and any other details you may like on your custom item.
  • When we have agreed the design requirements I will quote you the price for the work, and a clear definite timeline for production.
  • If you are happy to proceed, I will send you via email a contract for the work which will begin when you purchase the custom order.  This contract email will contain a link to a private listing for your custom order. Or if you prefer I can send you a PayPal invoice request.
  • By purchasing the item in the private listing/ invoice you are agreeing to the terms of our contract
  • As soon as you have purchased the private listing/ invoice I will begin production of your commission!
  • When the item is ready to ship I will get in touch to let you know
  • Once shipped I will send you your parcel tracking number

Then the exciting bit! You receive your lovely custom one of a kind piece of gorgeousness!

Once we have contractual agreement, I will begin the production of your piece.

This can take up to 1 week for plant hangers. I will give you a clear and definite time frame, for the completion and shipping date of your piece in the contract. If you need something super fast I will do my best to accommodate a special request!

I take the utmost care when creating my work, and I have road tested my work through the many pieces I have made for my own family and commissions I have had in the past.

I intend my creations to be heirloom pieces and so I craft them to last, but alas I am not a machine! When treated with care, my items will last you through the years.

Made To Order and personalised items can be refunded if the item has a fault on delivery.

Personalised items and custom items cannot be returned if they are not faulty!

This is due to the item being custom to you only, a one of a kind piece.

If your item does have a fault, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange a refund.
I may ask for photograpic proof of the fault to help me process the return as smoothly and quickly as possible.
This will all be detailed in the contract sent with the invoice for the work, so please read the contract thoroughly before agreeing to the work and placing the order.

Payment

100% of the agreed price will be taken on confirmation of the commission, through the private listing I will send you via email.

Cancellation

If you cancel the custom order via email within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email, I will refund you 100% of the charge including postage.

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

This cancellation policy will be detailed within the contract for the commission, please read the contract thoroughly before making an order.
